TITO STANLEY

Tito Stanley (b. 1994, Abu Dhabi) moved to Kerala in southern India in 2000, which is where his parents were from. Stanley’s upbringing between the UAE and Kerala deeply influenced his art. His works explore themes of isolation, otherness, and the outsider experience with a sardonic, allegorical, and observational quality, setting him apart in contemporary painting.

Tito Stanley graduated with a degree in painting from the College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram (2019) and is currently pursuing an MVA in painting from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. He recently exhibited at Pictorum Gallery, London (2024) and has shown his work frequently in Kerala, at venues such as Anant Art Gallery, Noida and Kerala Lalitha kala Academi, Thiruvananthapuram.
